For some reason, today was the first Sunday where I've suddenly become content with life. This meaning that I've suddenly come to the appreciation and gratefulness of the people around me and the things that I do. I wish I had embraced some things earlier, because I have also come to be happier with myself. Peter used to always say that the first step to life is to start with yourself. I was never sure of what he meant, but today, in an unexplainable way, I think I finally get it.

I spent my Sunday wisely and efficiently. I did laundry and folded clothes like my mom told me to so in the morning over a piece of paper. I worked on a page of Spanish homework that I understood word for word for, for the first time. I spent my Sunday afternoon and night (up until now) learning about European History. So I learned so much from the German Fatherland poem and got so much information out of the entire chapter 23. I absolutely read all of it. Instead of going downtown with Trung to the library this afternoon and getting Philz Coffee, I made myself some Green Tea at home and drank it out of my dad's favorite mug. I also worked on this not so successful mix CD for Johnson. It wasn't how I expected it to be because the pen I use to create my mixes with, ran out of ink. There comes an end to every thing, but a new beginning to the newer things. World War I definitely, definitely did not just happen in one day. But one day of it changed a lot just as to how one Sunday changed everything for me. Well okay, not everything, but hopefully you know what I mean. I look forward to getting some freshly brewed coffee... next week.

And now, for your reward of getting through this corny blog, you can listen to this song:

Meiko-How Lucky We Are

- because I mean we are all pretty lucky in some way.
