Hehe. I finished reading The Glass Castle this sunny, warm afternoon. Out of 288 pages, 288 pages were definitely worth reading and worth my time. I'd say this is one of the few books out there that bring such wild adventures to such a unique, moving storyline. Living in frugal places called Battle Mountain, Swelch, and 93 Little Hobart Street is one thing. Having "Mountain Goat" for a nickname is another.
