guess what this is

so lin and i went to thai lovers this afternoon for lunch and ordered these dishes. i thought it was my first time trying pad thai, but it wasn't. i know i am not a fan of pad thai though.

pineapple rice and pad thai

it's called mango delight. it contains sweet sticky rice with coconut sauce and mango ice cream with sprinkles. but lin and i were wondering why the rice was green.
